Pivotal Consulting Group, LLC (“Pivotal,” “we,” “us”) is a founder-led performance marketing consultancy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why, and what you can do about it. If anything here is unclear, email us and a founder will answer.

When you submit a form (the contact form, a landing-page form, the ROI calculator, or a resource download), we collect what you give us: your name, work email, company, monthly ad spend range, and anything you write in the message field.

When you browse, we collect standard analytics: pages viewed, referring source, approximate location, device and browser type, and interaction events. This is gathered through cookies and similar technologies via Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Our site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes basic request logs to serve and secure the pages.

Form submissions are used to reply to you, scope potential work, and stay in touch about it. They are routed to our CRM (HubSpot) and to our founders directly. We do not run you through an SDR or a drip campaign.

Analytics data is used to understand how the site performs and to improve it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the site and our practice — currently HubSpot (CRM), Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (measurement), and Cloudflare (hosting and security). Each processes data on our behalf under their own terms. We may also disclose information where required by law.

We keep form submissions for as long as we have an active or prospective relationship, and as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics configuration. Ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. You can also block cookies in your browser, which will limit analytics but may affect how parts of the site work. To make any request, email the address below.

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date below. Material changes will be reflected here rather than sent individually.
