Senior Performance Marketing Manager
Lead strategic accounts across Google, Meta, and emerging platforms. Requires 5+ years of experience managing $1M+ monthly budgets with demonstrable ROI impact.
What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize large-scale paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms
- Develop comprehensive testing strategies for creative, audiences, and bidding approaches
- Build and maintain attribution models and measurement frameworks
- Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive growth initiatives
- Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging opportunities
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of performance marketing experience with proven track record
- Experience managing $1M+ monthly ad budgets across multiple platforms
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and emerging platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution modeling
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Nice to Have
- Google Ads certifications
- Experience with incrementality testing
- Background in B2B SaaS or e-commerce
- SQL and data visualization skills
- Previous agency experience
