Marketing Data Analyst

Build measurement frameworks and attribution models for enterprise clients. Strong SQL, Python, and visualization skills required. GA4 and MMM experience preferred.

What You'll Do

  • Design and implement tracking systems for complex customer journeys
  • Build attribution models and incrementality testing frameworks
  • Create automated reports and dashboards for client performance monitoring
  • Conduct statistical analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Work closely with marketing teams to ensure data integrity
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or data science
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience with large datasets
  • Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools
  • Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketing mix modeling (MMM)
  • Knowledge of causal inference techniques
  • Google Analytics 4 certification
  • Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
  • Background in A/B testing and experimental design
