We're deliberately small. We post specific roles when we have specific seats to fill. But we keep a short list of senior operators we'd hire on day one if we had the capacity, and we open it back up regularly. If you're in that band, send us the email below. The point isn't to land in a generic pile. The point is to be on the list we actually call.

## Who you are

- A senior operator in performance marketing. Paid search, paid social, paid LLM, analytics, or measurement.
- Currently shipping work you're proud of. Not job-shopping. Not looking for a sideways move.
- Open to the right opportunity, but the bar is yours to set.
- Comfortable telling us, in one paragraph, what you'd want to be doing if everything broke right.

- Base: Banded to the role when we open one. We don't lowball senior operators.
- Bonus: Performance bonus structures tied to client outcomes
- Upside: Profit share for FTEs after first full year
- Fully remote
